Marcellus Shale Discussion
Andrew Place, Director of Public Policy Research at EQT will be joining us for a discussion on the Marcellus Shale Industry. Andrew was formally the Deputy Secretary for the Office of Energy and Technology Deployment at the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection as well as a Research Fellow in Carnegie Mellon University’s Department of Engineering and Public Policy.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics/Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Science degree in Public Policy Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
